Warranty Policy

The warranty period for each product will be clearly stated on the respective item's page within our store.

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. MasterPCBuilder will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

The warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, installation, or maintenance performed by anyone other than an authorized service agent, damage caused by natural disasters, cosmetic damage, or wear and tear from normal use.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem. We will decide the most appropriate solution for you. Please be ready to provide proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and photos or videos showing the defect, if applicable.

MasterPCBuilder shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by the breach of any express or implied warranty.
