Returns Policy

At MasterPCBuilder, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Items returned damaged or with missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.

A restocking/shipping fee of $30-$50, depending on the item, will be deducted from the refund for each returned item. This fee covers the cost of processing returns and restocking items. If the item is defective or the wrong item was received, this fee will be waived.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 Days for your return to be processed.

Please note that certain items may not be returnable and are marked as such directly on the product page. This includes items that are explicitly stated on their item page as "Non-Returnable." For these specific items, our standard return policy does not apply due to the nature of the product, hygiene standards, or other specific reasons.
